- In 2009, Smartpost introduced the first parcel lockers in Estonia, reshaping the market with an improved consumer experience.
- National postal operator Omniva, soon joined the competition, launching its own APM network, led by Ansi Arumeel, in partnership with InPost in 2011.
- Challenges with turnkey solution provider prompted Omniva to develop a proprietary, hardware-agnostic software solution, which successfully launched in 2018.
- Building on this foundation, CollabNet was founded by former Omniva leaders, Ansi and Sander, to deliver innovative software and consulting for APM networks worldwide.
