When we started 2024, we knew we were facing one of our biggest challenges yet.
We took on the migration of over 700 locations – a task that tested our capabilities, but turned into our biggest success story. Looking back at the scale of the project, it might have been one of the biggest parcel locker software migrations of the European Out-of-Home market in 2024.
The migration went smoothly and what made us particularly proud was how we handled this undertaking without a single service interruption for the customers using Pakettipiste lockers
We adapted our software for major carriers like DHL Express and UPS. This required developing specialized solutions and flows for both courier and customer interfaces.
We launched our first pilot program in North America, a market where Out-of-Home delivery solutions are still developing, we’re proud to be helping the pioneers.

This was perfectly illustrated during our two-day brainstorming session in Tallinn with Pakettipiste, where we dove into potential future business models and explored ways to enhance parcel locker infrastructure utilization.
We’re entering 2025 with clear objectives: expanding our European presence and continuing to enhance our platform based on customer feedback.
