2025: A Year of Stable Growth

2025 was a year of learnings and hard work for CollabNet. We’ve expanded our reach, strengthened our technology, our offering, built new partnerships and increased awareness about our solution and team. Here’s what we accomplished and where we are heading.

Engaging Proactively with the Market 

We took a direct approach to growth this year, proactively reaching out to major parcel locker operators across Europe. 

Through active discussions and negotiations, we’ve opened opportunities that we are working on to accelerate growth in 2026. This work deepened our understanding of customer needs. We’re now more reliable, more transparent and better equipped to address their requirements. 

PUDO at Finland’s Largest Retail Chain 

Our partner Pakettipiste launched their PUDO delivery service at Kesko, grocery retailer with over 1100 stores in Finland. CollabNet provides the software which the PUDO network operator uses. This was the first active deployment our platforms PUDO software module. Despite tight deadlines, our team delivered successfully.

Platform Developments 

High performance of our platform continues, achieving 100% uptime this year. The system has never been more stable and robust. This is the result of continuous proactive improvements to our platform. Key platform developments this year include:  

• Network Health 
  We’ve built technology to help customers make their networks even more reliable and stable. The Network Health feature aggregates issues across the entire parcel locker network to help quickly identify and resolve issues.
  

• Labelless flows
  Our software now supports sending and returning parcels without printed labels, providing greater flexibility for our customers.

• New hardware support
  We integrated multiple new hardware solutions to our platform. We now have 3 parcel locker models in daily use with 10 model specific integrations ready to be used if needed.

• Hardware security testing
  Our software passed security testing on the hardware our customers have, confirming that our system cannot be accessed maliciously on-site.

• Comprehensive upgrades 
  We completed multiple upgrade deployments this year that included functionality improvements, security enhancements and database optimizations to strengthen our overall platform.

Exploring Autonomous Parcel Lockers 

We explored the autonomous parcel locker market by developing a proof-of-concept battery-powered solution. 

Our goal was to build a solution which has full functionality, runs Linux and can operate through Nordic winter, meaning it needs to rely on battery for 6 months with no solar or additional charging, no battery swapping.  

We want to highlight that making world class software remains our core focus. Understanding emerging hardware solutions helps us stay updated with what our customers need now and what they might need in the future. 

Looking Forward: 2025 built the foundation. 2026 is about scaling.  

We’re continuing our strategy to gain new customers, enhance our platform based on customer and market needs, and strengthen our position as a flexible and reliable Out-of-Home delivery software provider.
